I love their food here! Every time we go, the food is so fresh and delicious. I love how their Chow Mein isn't greasy and they serve us a lot of food which is great . GOOD BOBA TOO
This place is one of our go-to's when we visit the Vintage Fair Mall. The chow mein is a family favorite and you really can't choose wrong when it comes to their entrees. The employees have always been friendly and the service is timely. We can't wait for the mall to reopen, so we can enjoy another meal.
When I don't want to go to Panda Express at Vintage Faire's food court, but I want some cultured food- Ruby's Thai Kitchen is the place I go. Not for buffet food, but for their noodles and boba. I'm pretty sure this place survived because of the boba and then eventually people started actually ordering their food. I personally don't like the food because it's always dry and their flavoring is either under seasoned or way over seasoned with the wrong seasoning. So that's why I go with their soups. They have beef, won ton, and seafood. I like to stick with the wonton or beef. They offer you two different types of noodles: rice or brown. If you order rice noodles, they aren't as generous with their serving size because it's more popular. I like them both, but I go with the brown rice for more noodles. The broth is just broth that isn't special. You have to flavor it with some soy sauce and chili to give it flavor, but other than that its great. This place is okay considering it in a food court of a very busy mall.
